How our classes are conducted
Our primary focus is using internet technology to conduct Instructor Led virtual classes and coaching. You do not passively watch videos delivered from the site. Our classes are conducted in the same manner as those you would attend by traveling to a training center. There is full interaction and you may ask questions at any time if anything is unclear to you. The only difference is that no travel is involved.
However, if you desire, we will happily contract with you to conduct Instructor Led classes at your facility. Just ask!
What sets us apart from others?
- We don't stop at being officially Adobe Certified to train these products. We are also recognized as Adobe Community Experts.
The Adobe Community Expert status is granted as recognition from Adobe for providing outstanding and tireless support via their user-to-user discussion forums. We don't simply teach the products, we use them ourselves!
Classes you will find elsewhere are often conducted by individuals where their only product involvement is to teach. They don't use it on a daily basis, participate in forum support or product beta cycles.
- We have unique perspective on day-to-day use of the products.
Because we also use these products on a daily basis as well as our intensive forum participation, we have our finger on the pulse of product performance and see where users struggle. As a result, you are trained with insights and workarounds that only years of actual product use and experience can provide.
Because of our insights you are much better equipped to deal with issues you will likely encounter during actual product use.
- Our classes are never conducted by "reading you the book".
We feel you are quite capable of reading all by yourself. While we do follow a structured outline, we have attended such classes ourselves and find them to be a less than satisfactory experience if all the instructor does is read you the book.
